I am generally a tshirt and jeans type of girl....99% of the time!  I do, however, love a little splurge every now and again.  I just refuse to pay full price for my splurges!  I can't do it!  I have this fear that I will spend too much and then ruin it my first time wearing it...and just be beyond upset with myself.
