Back To School Shopping- Mom Style

I remember setting out my clothes weeks before school started, having my binders (trapper keepers for days) all filled and ready for the first day of school.  I would organize my backpack over and over again, test out my pens and markers, and wait!

I kind of feel like I want to bring that excitement for the school year back for myself.  I mean....otherwise I will be depressed that the summer is over and I have to start my countdown till next summer.  I have put together a little back to school shopping list for moms!   It doesn't include pens (although, I do have an obsession for a good pen), or backpacks....but includes comfy clothes, the best purse imaginable, and basically an excuse to get your closet set.

August and September are the hottest months here in Florida, and I always am so ready for layers at this point.  Back to school means layers to me, so I try to stick with tank tops and cardigans.

I am a coffee drinking, carpooling, cocktail loving mom.....so I will be LIVING in this shirt again this school year!  We have added them back to the shop and can't wait to see the pictures of everyone in them!  (they are ready to ship!) I swear that I need to walk around with a video camera on my head and tape the reactions of every mom as she reads my shirt.
